This agreement applies to all visitors, customers and users of our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site means you accept revised terms.

  1. Products & Pricing

All crystal bracelets listed are physical natural gemstone goods.

  • Original price: $34.99, discounted price: $21.99
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout.
  • Stock is limited to 5 units for the bracelet; orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • We guarantee all crystals are natural raw stones with handmade polishing. Minor natural texture differences between items are not considered defects.
  1. Payment Terms

We accept secure payment via PayPal Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.

  • Full payment must be completed before order shipment.
  • We do not store complete credit card information on our server; all payment data is processed safely by PayPal.
  • All transaction fees are borne by the store, customers pay only the displayed product price plus shipping.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Free standard shipping for all US domestic orders.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics companies, customs, natural disasters or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
  1. Return & Refund Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days after package delivery.
  • Products must be unused, with original packaging intact. Used, damaged or lost items cannot be refunded.
  • Customers bear the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed to your original PayPal payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
  • Custom clearance fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

All text, images, logos, designs and product content on slsam.fun are the exclusive copyright of SoulVibe Crystal. Unauthorized copying, reposting, commercial use or resale is prohibited.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website for illegal transactions, fraud, infringement or spam. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders without prior notice.

  1. Liability Limitation

Our crystal bracelets are spiritual healing ornaments only, not medical supplies. We do not promise medical treatment effects for any physical or mental illnesses. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from product use.
